i.MX8DualxPlus/i.MX8QuadxPlus LPDDR4 part compatibility

HI,

We are designing an custom board based on i.MX8DXPlus/ i.MX8QXPlus where i wanted to check the compatibility of LPDDR4 part#.

1) i.MX8QxPlus MEK board uses LPDDR4 part# MT53B768M32D4DT-062 AIT:B,

which as configuration as: No of channel 2 with 2 Chip select per channel.

2) We are using LPDDR4 part#IS46LQ32256A-062BLA3 from Mfg# ISSI,

which as configuration as: No of channel 2 with 1 Chip select per channel. Also below are the address table for ISSI part#.

Will it be an issue considering ISSI has single chipselect per channel? Below is the LPDDR4 schematic page attached for your reference.

memories with 1 chip select per channel (single rank) are also supported 

and you can use attached schematic.
