Dear Team,
The issue occurs in loading the kernel by uboot. (The same image with SD Card has been verified booting in EVK)
The following are some of the methods we tried to address this issue,
1. Suspected LPDDR4 issue:
Testing performed using the below tool provided by NXP to confirm the DDR interface is as expected.

The DDR_Log.txt file contains the log of Stress test and calibration performed on DDR memory.
2. Suspected custom built image:
Referred to the below link provided by NXP which contains default built images,
Procedure to flash the bootloader to sdcard using uuu tool
sudo ./uuu -b sd ./imx-boot
below command is to flash the all images to sdcard using uuu tool
sudo ./uuu -b sd_all ./imx-boot ./ubuntu-rootfs-imx8mm.wic
With the above image only Partial kernel was booted and the processor hangs. Attached "SDcard_boot_log.txt" for reference.
