i.MX6uLL: DDR3 Calibration

Hi,

We had performed the calibration for i.MX6ULL processor referring the programming aid and the value for the register 0x021B0040 is 0x00000047. But when we try adding it to the .cfg file of u-boot and then try booting the device, the device does not boot. But if we replace the value by 0x0000004F, then there is no issue in booting the board.

Can I know why this register is causing the issue and is it ok if we can go ahead with the 0x0000004F value since there was no issue in booting the board?

Leave them as 0x4F, if you see the reference manual:

This example configurations, end with F, as the 2 x 2Gb would end.
