i.MX6UL SPI DMA receive error occurr (first time only)

We found SPI DMA receive error occurr (first time only) by i.MX6ULL.
Condition:i.MX6ULEVK,L4.1.15_2.0.0/L4.1.15_1.2.0

We can look like similar cases(https://community.nxp.com/thread/339957 etc).
But we can not solve this problem.

Bits per word: 16
Max speed Hz: 1660000
Tx data: 256 bytes of data

In order to transfer DMA, it is necessary to transfer data of 65 bytes or more.
