i.MX6UL - DDR3L Speed Bin

Hello community,

i wanted to know, which kind of DDR3L Standard Speed Bin is used at the i.MX6UL.

The datasheet and as well the reference manual are saying only DDR3L-800.

But there are two different kind of Speed Bins: DDR3-800D (5-5-5) and DDR3-800E (6-6-6)

Hello,

  generally any devices of DDR3-800D and DDR3800E may be used
with i.MX6 UL, but corresponding timings should be configured properly.

Please use simplified  tool below to configure i.MX6 UL memory controller.
