i.MX6SL EVK board dimensions & physical layout

I recently purchased an i.MX6 Sololite EVK (MCIMX6SLEVK Rev B1) for a project I'm working on, and would like to 3D print a case for it.

I've had a look through the design files download, including the schematics and layout directories, but I can't see anything that shows the physical layout and dimensions. Ideally it would include positions of the various ports such as power, USB, SD cards, etc. Does anything like that exist?

In the Design Files of the EVK, there is the Power, USB and SDcard as well in the layout file is the physical dimension of the board, maybe i miss something here.

I had to do some research to find the free Cadence Allegro Physical Viewer, but once I installed it I was able to see the board in the .brd file. Thanks!
