i.MX6Q FEC ethernet rate can't be up to 1000Mbit/sec, but only works with the 10/100Mbit.

I test FEC ethernet rate with two MX6Q boards, the two boards are connected by 1000M  switcher. The board can only works with 10 or 100Mbit/sec rate, can't  transmit data with 1000Mbit/sec rate.
