Hi community,
We are simulating by the following IBIS file.
i.MX 6DualLIte and i.MX 6Solo IBIS File(REV 1.4.)
Finally, We would like to confirm the signal difference by a simulation and our circuit board.
Therefore, I want to know register setting of IBIS model.
In addition information, A reference manual is described as follows.
"66.2.6 Recommended Register Configuration for USB Certification"
See : i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite Applications Processor Reference Manual (REV 2) P.5537
This is different from register setting of default.
See : i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite Applications Processor Reference Manual (REV 2) P.5545
66.3.2 USB PHY Transmitter Control Register (USBPHYx_TXn)
Register field parameter | Recommend for USB Certification | Default value |
---|---|---|
HW_USBPHY_TX_TXCAL45DP | 0x0 | 0x6 |
HW_USBPHY_TX_TXCAL45DN | 0x0 | 0x6 |
HW_USBPHY_TX_D_CAL | 0x7 | 0x7 |
What kind of a register setting in IBIS model is it?

Hi Kazuo,
According with AE team, configuration options on USB IBIS are not provided. It is preferred to tune the registers during USB compliance test, as simulation can't replace compliance test.
Hope this will be useful for you.
Best regards!
/Carlos

Hi Carlos,
Thank you for response.
Please teach Detail USB register setting.
In addition, If possible, Please teach me the iomux setting on IBIS model in completely all function.

I can't understand why couldn't be provided a configuration options on USB IBIS.
So, There is no help for it...
We don't never think that simulation can't replace compliance test.
Only,I just want to confirm the signal difference by a simulation design of IBIS and our circuit board.
I am extremely disappointed.
thanks,
/Kazuo
