i.MX6 is not booting up after secure boot!!!

OTPMK seemed already burned as shown below:

=> md 0x020cc014 1

020cc014: 80009b00

We've already burned SRK fuses and get the HAB working in open mode. However, after executing the following to close the config to enable secure boot, device is not booting anymore.

=> fuse prog 0 6 0x02

Programming bank 0 word 0x00000006 to 0x00000002...

What could be the issue, please help! Thanks.

What about the linker script in secure boot mode? Could it be something to with linker script? If u-boot boots up in open mode then can we say that linker script is correct?

I'm not sure. There was once something wrong with the linker script, but it led to some HAB events. After i changed something in the linker script, the HAB events went away.
