  Have anybody used i.MX6 for telephony application.

  Is there any reference design which freescale has developed?

There is the i.MX6 SABRE SDP reference design by Freescale. It allows a 3G module connection. It can run Android that supports the telephony features. I think, all this together can be considered as the telephony application reference. For more information, please refer to the i.MX6 SABRE SDP web page:

Hi Artur,

    We don't want to include this feature via 3G module.

    Our design requirement is kind of Analog Telephone Adapter(ATA) which will incorporate the feature of connecting the Analog telephone to it and make the calls thorough VoIP.
