i.MX6 SoloX Silicon Revision

Hi.

I have been studying about i.MX6 SoloX Boot .

I found this is IMX6SXRM document.

 Silicon Revision 1.4 and later, the
FORCE_INTERNAL_BOOT has been implemented. This fuse
causes the BOOT_MODE inputs to be ignored and the boot
ROM will force the boot mode to “Internal Boot”.

But I cannot find where the Silicon Revision is.

I guess It's related to hardware and maybe part name indicates this Silicon Revision.

But I don't know yet.

Can you please tell me how to find my i.mx6sabresd board's Silicon Revision?
