Hi Community,

Just to be sure, when MII/RMMI is used, NVCC_RGMII and NVCC_ENET must be supplied with the MII/RMII voltage, e.g. 3.3 V. And when RGMII is used, NVCC_RGMII and NVCC_ENET must be supplied with the RGMII voltage, e.g. 1.8 V.

Is that right?

Best Regards!

Hi igor,

Thank you for your response.
I try to ask more specifically. Let's assume RMII is used.

Signals like ENET1_REF_CLK1 available on pad ENET1_TX_CLK are part of the NVCC_ENET power group.
Signals like ENET1_RX_DATA_0 available on pad RGMII1_RD0 are part of the NVCC_RGMII1 power group.

So for RMII there are needed signals of different power groups.
So, in this case NVCC_ENET and NVCC_RGMII1 must be supplied with the RMII voltage.
Is that right?

Best Regards!

Hi Schulte

NVCC_RGMII and NVCC_ENET are independent power supplies as descirbed in  Table 10. Operating Ranges

i.MX 6SoloX Applications Processors for Consumer Products - Data Sheet

They provide power to pads described in Table 110. 19x19 mm Functional Contact Assignments,

column "Power Group". RGMII and RMII(MII) use pins described in  Table 24-1. ENET1 External Signals

i.MX 6SoloX Applications Processor Reference Manual

Best regards
igor
