i.MX6 SMFC enable

Hi, 

I have a question about sequence of SMFC enable by set SMFC_EN bit.

When SMFC make enable, IDMAM dma_active should activate before SMFC enable or after SMFC enable?

SMFC should be enable first, the IDMAC active (Set IDMAC channel ready) is the last step to enable the capture.
