i.MX6: Problem of configuration of the frame rate for the encoding VPU

I would want to record videos with of multiple framerate (24,25,30) by means of the VPU ( vpu_lib ).

When I inform fields " frameRateInfo " of my variable EncOpenParam and after I call to the function" vpu_EncOpen () ", the video possesses a framerate of 25 fps all the time.

Will you have subjestions to solve my problem?

Hi Gaylord,

The Video Processing Unit (VPU) of i.MX6 series processors can encode/decode a video streams at up to 1920x1080@30fps resolution/frame rate.

I Don't understand your question, you want to encode multiple frame rate? you can't.

Yes, I want, for example, encode a video streams in 1280x720@24fps but i can't change a encode framerate at the VPU. If i encode this video stream, i watch than video stream is encode in  1280x720@25fps.
