i.MX6 Plus - Stress Tool for Yocto1.8

Configuration : i.MX6 Plus + Yocto 1.8

I'll measure the CPU_TEMP. and Power_Consumption(Max) when i.MX6 full loading .

Does it have any command(including the parameter) or Burning_tool to verify the system's quality ?
