I tried to find a Pin Overview Diagram of the BGA to start with our schematics (pin positions), but I only find pin descriptions.

Where do I find this information ?

Hello Torsten,

Please find the IOMux tool attached, it has a ballmap.

You can try with IOMUX tool ,there is a ball diagram. Maybe it's what you want.
