i.MX6 NOR Flash questions

The imx6 can read spi
nor to boot. Is there support to write spi nor?

Customer would like spi NOR to store two
runtime images, and in a crash want to dump core to it.

Can this done?

Hi Raman

spi nor can be written in uboot or linux.

However when system crashes, usually it can be recovered only

with reboot using wdog or other methods. That is in crash situation

it would not be able to make sensible/reliable dump operations.
