Hi,

I have a question about pin8_pin15_sel of DI0 General Register in IMX6DQRM.pdf .

What is the benefit of this register?

It is just PIN8 is routed to both PIN8 and PIN15 when that bit set.

Hello,

   Such feature as doubling of the PIN08 via PIN08 and PIN15 is introduced

for flexibility, say - in order to increase current load for open drain pins.
