i.MX6 DDR3 calibration: How to select System ODT Setting

Dear All,

I am trying to calibrate ddr3 setting for my customer board with 4pcs MT41K128M16JT-125IT.  Firstly, Get ddr3 initial register value by I.MX6DQSDL DDR3 Script Aid V0.10.xlsx, but I don't know how to select "System ODT Setting(ohm)" at the last line of this sheet.

I can get the impedance of DQ/DQM/ADDR/CMD/CTL/CK/DQS from hardware engineer, but how to confirm "System ODT Setting(ohm)"?

By the way, my customer board is based on the SabreSD reference design.
