[i.MX6] DDR question when we change 1G DDR from Samsung to Micron on LTIB 4.1.0

We change 1G DDR from SAMSUNG to MICRON. We compare DDR files of SAMSUNG and MICRON.

We find some registers value are different. Please see attached file.

Can you please tell me why the difference?

settings are produced from i.Mx6DQSDL DDR3 Script Aid

tool located on

Explanation of using that tool one can find on presentation

Since chips produced by different vendors using (probably) with

different technology process, drive strength settings may vary, as well

other settings derived from their datasheet timings parameters.
