Hi

I have a question about PMIC Coin Cell Charger Specifications.

MMPF0100.pdf has a flowing table.

coincell_current.PNG.png

Coin cell charge current in on mode ICOINHI is typically 60μA.

Is the number per second or hour?

Best Regards

The Coin Cell Charge current is just 60 uA. It is applied to compensate

cell self discharge. The coin cell charger may be software enabled / disabled.

Have a great day,
Yuri

Hi Yuri

Thank you for your reply.

However, unfortunately I think my intention is not transmitted.

I'll give you an actual example.

If I use a coin cell that has capacity of 6.5mAh, How long will it take to charge it?

In my understanding, the charger supplies 60uA of current per second.

So it will take 15-20 minutes.

Is this correct?

Best Regards,

To fully charge, say 6.5 mA x hour  - it will take about 110 hours ( 6.5 mA x hour  / 60 uA ).
