i.MX53 DDR3 stress test hangs at DDR clock 550

I am trying to run DDR stress test using USB on i.MX53 custom

board. (DDR3 RAM of size 256MB, running at 400MHz)

It runs calibration and asks for details such as frequency.

Then asks for ddr frequency (125 to 400 in steps of 5MHz).

Then the test runs smoothly upto 550MHz. But after that i'm not

seeing any progress, and also no error/success information.

Please suggest solution.

IMX63 ESDCTL  supports memory frequency up to 400 MHz.

550 MHz is out of specified range.

could you support me DDR3 stress test Script. the CPU is IMX536. DDR is MT41K256M16 – 32 Meg x 16 x 8 banks.
