Dear all,
I am designing with i.MX51, The memory I'm using is the the micron MT46H128M32L2, which is 168-ball PoP (16M x 32 x 4banks x 2die == 512MB)
But I'm not sure how to properly connect this LPDDR to the imx51 memory controller.
Can anybody tell me how or give me (a link to) a document or any helpful resource
