i.MX508: Unused DDR pin termination

Hello Champs,

As long as referring to i.MX6 devices, unused DRAM Address, Data,  DQx, CS pins look OK to be float in NC.

Is it true to i.MX50?

you are right, if not used these signals can be left float in NC.
