i.MX50 Boundary scan possible?

Hello Champs,

My customer is trying to execute boundary scan test on i.MX502.

This is just confirmation but please let me know if there is something trouble to do it.

Also if there is recommended softwear and hardware to do the test, please let me know.

HI Nori

boundary scan test on i.MX50 can be used in the same manner as with other i.MX

processors. JTAG_MOD should be tied high.
