I have a question about I.MX31L(MCIMX31LDVKN5D).

When a DDR output overshoot or undershoot,

is a maximum or a minimum voltage of the DDR output equal to

an absolute maximum rating of I.MX31L?

(Input Voltage Range Vimax:-0.5V(min)、NVcc 0.3V(=1.8 0.3=2.1V)

You are right, the fact, that over-/under-shoots voltages are not specified
means that :

No overshoot above max voltage specified is allowed (NVCC2x+0.3V)

No undershoot below min specified is allowed (-0.3 V)

Have a great day,
Yuri
