i.MX287 ddr2-400 phy to ddr2-800 memory

Hi, We have i.MX287 (which  is having a DDR2- 400 Phy) connected to the DDR2-800 (PC2-6400)memory and the EVK reference design and power calculations allow 205MHz as EMI frequency but for DDR2-400 the maximum Frequency (for 400 Mbos)data rate the clock should be < 100 MHz please clarify and also I assume even though we configure the clock as 205MHz the Phy will run at 100 MHz only right please clarify

it is necessary to configure i.MX28 as for DDR2- 400 memory, also please

pay attention to drive strength tweaking. Recommended to use ddr test, like below
