hello everyone, I need a full memory check for the imx28 system, I met a mention of this utility: i.MX28 On-Board Diagnostics Suite (OBDS), but did not find where it can be downloaded, please tell me where it can be downloaded? also wondering if this utility can do a full memory check?

Thank you, Yuri, I looked at On-Board Diagnostic Suit for the i.MX28, however I found the following lines in the pdf file: "This test should not be confused with a stress test that validates robust signal integrity of the interface."

but I need a stress test for the whole RAM, tell me if there is such a tool for the imx28 system?
