i.MX28 : L2.6.35_10.12_SSP_CLK_PATCH_UP patch with VDD5V Source Only

Dear community,
I have a question about L2.6.35_10.12_SSP_CLK_PATCH_UP patch modification.

[Background]
For TKT131240 errata ( SSP_SCK polarity setup issue in ROM ) ,
I have to use a L2.6.35_10.12_SSP_CLK_PATCH_UP patch.

And I would like to use VDD5V Source Only (AN4199 section 4.1.2.1) implementation .

[Question]
In order to work correctly with VDD5V Source Only,
how should I modify the patch file ?

It is need to use the patch for VDD5V configuration too.
