I am trying to enable IP header checksum insertion by the EMAC on the transmit path.
Although I set bit 3 (TX_IPCHK_INS) of register HW_ENET_MAC_IPACCTXCONF it does
not seem to have any effect. When I capture the packet with Wireshark the checksum
is still 0. Does this feature work in the legacy DMA mode?
I noticed that in the enhanced DMA mode this feature can be enabled via a control bit
on the DMA descriptor too.
