You can program the on-chip OTP bits in either ways:

1. use BitBurner.exe application to program the OTP bits manually

2. use Mfgtool by following section "1.2.2.1.8 OTP bits programming" in "Manufacturing Tool UCL user manual.doc"

 

For your information, the i.MX233 kernel source code of OTP bit manipulation is located at linux/arch/arm/mach-mx23/otp.c.
