The .brd file cannot be imported into Altium without also having an Allegro license on the same PC. The .alg file version can be imported into Altium. Can you please provide a .alg file export? NXP staff have done this for other eval boards. Thank you!
unfortunately we don't have Altium format, you can download cadence format files from nxp official website , then convert it by converter provided by Altium
