i.MX 8ULP cannot boot when BOOT_MODE [1:0]:11

Hi Tech,

I am using MCIMX8ULP-EVK. If set to SW5[D8-D1]:11xxxxxx, it will not boot.

"Table 78. Boot modes" in the reference manual(IMX8ULPRM Rev. 1, 09/2023) states that BOOT_MODE[1:0]:11 sets the Boot Type to Serial Download.

Attached is the bootlog.txt that failed to boot. And attached is boot_infor.txt with query_boot_infor dumped.

Is this correct behavior?

Serial Download.

U-Boot SPL can boot. But U-Boot cannot start.

I think the cause of this is that rom_api_query_boot_infor(QUERY_BT_DEV, &boot) is set to eMMC boot even though the boot device is specified as USB (Serial Download) boot.

- "Table 78. Boot modes" in the reference manual(IMX8ULPRM Rev. 1, 09/2023)

Which document does this Table 9 appear in? I looked in the reference manual and datasheet, but it wasn't mentioned.
