Hello,

I'm looking for i.MX8 DDR Stress Tool,

Through the forum, I found many links, like https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-340179 or https://community.nxp.com/t5/i-MX-Processors-Knowledge-Base/i-MX-8M-Family-DDR-Tool-Release/ta-p/110...

But when I open it, I get a blank page with "Article or Comment not Found".

How can I download the i.MX8 DDR Stress tool ?

I see no problem with the links you shared, could you try again please?

Also, please note that the links that you shared are the DDR Stress Tool for the i.MX8M family.
