i.MX 6UltraLite Hardware design

Hi,

In the schematic of the i.MX 6UltraLite there is a component UM805RE that should be an Votlage monitor 2.63V with 4 pins. I can't find it in any of the usual suppliers.

Can anyone suggest any good alternative to this component?

You could also use tc1270arvrctr from Microchip
