i.MX 6ULL RNGB Clock Source

I am trying to determine the i.MX 6ULL clock source ( reference XTAL, PLLx, PFDx, etc.) for the random number generator (RNGB).  Attempts to extract from datasheet, HW reference, and security manuals have been futile thus far.

Regards,

Kevin

It appears the RNGB module is a sub system of the Data Coprocessor, (DCP) and Secure Non-Volatile Storage modules, (SNVS).

These are clocked by the AHB_CLK_ROOT and the IPG_CLK_ROOT which itself is sourced from the AHB_CLK_ROOT.

There are also a variety of gating selections that also need to be considered as well.

The source selection for these clocks can be found in the reference manual on pages 629 and 630.of the i.MX 6ULL Applications Processor Reference Manual, Rev. 1, 11/2017
