Although MCIMX6Y2CVK08AB is finded in table1.Ordering Information of i.MX 6ULL Applications Processors for Industrial Products,Rev. 1.2, 11/2017,this 0.5mm pitch cpu isn't finded  in i.MX Pins Tool v6(sdk is i.MX v2).

How can I do with this situation?!

Hello Chun Lin,

Some of the i.MX6ULL Processors on the Pins Tool do not have both package variants. Other Community Users have commented on this in threads like the one below:

We do not have a date when the Pins Tool will have these missing packages, but as you may see on the thread above, the recommendation is using a different part number that does have the desired package, for example MCIMX6Y7xxx05. Just keep in mind the differences between each.
