i.MX 6 die and display go error.

My i.MX 6 Dual died without any kernel exception on serial output, and the elements displayed on screen seams to have red shadow below them. How to solve it? 

and How can I distinguish it a hardware failure or kernel hang in DS-5,  I found nothing useful to identify the reason from the dstream arm debugger, can anybody help me on this?
