we are using cyw4356 wireless module,we want to use wl utility and hciconfig utility 

How can we get these utilities?

Murata hosts the wl tool for its modules on the Murata github: GitHub - murata-wireless/cyw-fmac-utils-imx32  / GitHub - murata-wireless/cyw-fmac-utils-imx64 . See if these help.

hciconfig should be automatically added if you enable BlueZ in your build.
