how to increase DDR clock in i.mx6 dual lite

My ddr3 is working at 400mhz

can i increase it to 800mhz, if possible what is the procedure ?

i have a custom made board based on i.mx6 with 2gb ddr

i have set 2gb  configuration in u-boot

but u-boot is recognizing it 1gb only

what could be the problem

you need to input your new configuration in the Script Aid spreadsheet and change the affected registers in DCD accordingly.
