how to check and modify the WDQS_ON and WDQS_OFF condition of i.MX93EVK?

Hello,

LPDDR4 datasheet defines WDQS_ON and WDQS_off condition. The parameters are not found from the i.mx93 reference manual in my sight. How can I know the settings?

It is the DRAM_DQS[0:1]_T_A in the i.MX93, for the LPDDR4 configuration you can use and see in the config tool:
