how to write a mac address into efuse using fuse command on uboot , share me any document for which address we need to write ?

I would suggest you use fuse command in U-BOOT to burn MAC address.
For fusemap, you can refer to i.MX93_Fusemap.xlsx in i.MX93 Reference Manual for more details.
