how to Download imx6ull image file to nand flash

i had build the BSP image  standalone.now i have zimage uboot.imx utee-6ulevk & UBI type rootfs.

but i don't know how to burn this image to  the nand flash by UUU.

BSP:4.14.98

if i use yocto,Will a UBIFS file system be generated.
