Thanks igor,  is  WCE600_10.05.02_SDK.msi  include bsp of I.mx23 EVK ? i  need to install WCE600_10.05.02_SDK.msi,and then bsp will be installed, ringt?

AFAIK U can use the latest wince600 package. It should contain the iMX233 bsp

U can download it here
