g_ncm driver fails to insert.

Hello,

I am working on a imx6 dual custom board based on sabreauto. I have linux-imx 4.1.15 on it. When I try to modprobe the  g_ncm driver , if fails to load

Error log is as follows :

g_ncm ci_hdrc.0: failed to start g_ncm: -2 
modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'g_ncm': Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)

And Dmesg shows only one line as

g_ncm ci_hdrc.0: failed to start g_ncm: -2

What can be the possible issue with g_ncm driver. Do we need to provide any module parameters??
