I am trying to use the openSSL library but I am experiencing this issue. I have Perl installed on my Windows computer and I have openSSL downloaded, added to my PATH variable, and added to my C/C++ Build Settings. I ran 'perl Configure VC-WIN32 no-asm' and this configured most of the library but I am still getting the error shown in the subject line.
How can I resolve this to be able to utilize the openSSL library?
I am on Windows 11 64-bit
