err: Structure needs cleaning

Hello @all

When i am installing android 11 source in Ubuntu 16.04 server, i am facing error like "Structure needs cleaning" . I can't able to delete the source up to which it is downloaded. Please let me know

We recommand Ubuntu18.04 to build android 11 source code.
