egcc: error: unrecognized command line option ‘-mlittle-endian’ in imx8m mini for Android 10 OS

facing  error . Kindly support according to the imformation which i got 

the toolchain which i am using is GCC

export AARCH64_GCC_CROSS_COMPILE=/opt/gcc-arm-8.3-2019.03-x86_64-aarch64-linux-gnu/bin/aarch64-linux-gnu-

its asking for Arm cross compiler
