download uboot success but serial console output nothing

we custom a board according to imx8mq_evk board, but the DDR isn't the same. I modify the DDR configure with mscale_ddr_tool_v310,and download uboot successful,you can see the uboot_down_process.log.After this we config BOOT_MODE=0b10(internal boot),

BOOT_CFG［0］=0,

BOOT_CFG［1］=0,

BOOT_CFG［3:2］=00,

BOOT_CFG［6:4］=010,

BOOT_CFG［7］=1,

BOOT_CFG［8］=1,

BOOT_CFG［9］=0,

BOOT_CFG［11:10］=00,

BOOT_CFG［15:12］=0010

and then power on the serial console has nothing output.Can you give me a hand? thanks very much!

I solve this problem,the BOOT_CFG register config 0x2002, so the board is running.
