ddr calibration failure in imx6dl

Hi,

I am trying to run ddr callibration in imx6dl and it is getting failed with the following error,

# DDR_Stress_Tester.exe -t mx6x -df imx6dl-custom.inc
MX6DL opened.
HAB_TYPE: DEVELOP
rom_write: reading HAB ack failed 0x00000000
ROM Write failed, addr: 0x021b001c
Write dcd failed.

We are using DDR3-1333 part no: IS46TR16256A-15HBLA2-TR.

Please find the attached ddr3 script aid configuration.

Kindly help us to find out what is wrong with the configuration.

please try latest gui version of tool, use description in presentation and look at FAQ on below link

Q. I see an error message that states "ERROR: DCD addr is out of valid range.",

Hi Igor,

Even i tried the latest version of ddr stress tool, still i am getting the same error.

Can you point out me where to download the latest ddr3 programming aid excel file for imx6dl processor?

i.MX6ULL_LPDDR2_Script_Aid 

you can try to comment line which caused error as in
